The Baer Law Firm Doubles in Size!

We are excited to welcome Attorney Carter Weathington, Paralegal Kristen Pounds, and Client Experience Paralegal Vanessa Simkowitz to the Firm!

Carter Weathington joined The Baer Law Firm in May and focuses his practice on catastrophic medical malpractice matters.  We are fortunate to have his extensive knowledge and expertise to serve our clients.

Kristen Pounds and Vanessa Simkowitz joined us in February of this year.  Before joining The Baer Law Firm, Kristen was a Pre-suit Paralegal for a large personal injury firm.  She has proven to be quite skilled at navigating the sometimes-daunting insurance claims maze to obtain timely results.  She is also fluent in Spanish.  Vanessa graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University and plans to attend law school after getting some more hands-on experience.

Bryan Baer

Attorney Bryan Baer has twenty (20) years of legal experience representing clients in serious and catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He has been first chair in more than a dozen twelve-person jury trials on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
