$300,000 Settlement in Slip and Fall
The Baer Law Firm recently resolved a slip and fall case for an 82-year-old man who suffered a brain bleed after falling and hitting his head on the concrete floor at a hospital for $300,000.00. Liability for the fall was very much in dispute. The client worked exceptionally hard performing physical and cognitive therapy to make an exceptional recovery under the circumstances. We are extremely proud of his recovery and thankful to have the opportunity to help him and his family.
